Egusi is an African local name given to pumpkin seeds. These seeds come from a sort of African pumpkin, they are hidden in small shells that need to be cracked to get the seeds. Cameroon egusi seeds are very rich in nutrients. Cameroon egusi seeds are very popular in Cameroon and Nigeria.

Usage: These seeds are used for cooking various African dishes like Egusi stew, and Egusi Pudding… Before cooking, the seeds need to be dried a bit in a pan and then ground into powder.
