Odjom leaves also called ginger leaves are aromatic leaves that give dishes a special fresh touch. These leaves are an alternative to bay leaves. They are used for cooking dishes like stew, broth, meat, and ratatouille… or also for preparing herbal teas.

Clean 2 to 3 leaves (depending on the quantity of the meal) and incorporate them into the pot near the end of the cooking.
