African Peanut Stew is one of the favourites of African stews. This stew is creamy, delicious and easy to cook. It can be enjoyed with rice or plantain.
Clean and wash the chicken. Put them into a bowl, salt, white pepper and green seasoning. Mix them well and set aside to marinate.
For the sauce
Pour the oil into the pot, then the chopped onion, simmer for about a minute.
Add the tomato paste to the pot, let it simmer for a while. Add water, salt, and peanut paste. Let the mixture cook for a while, then stir. Let it cook again for a few minutes.
Add the green seasoning, curry powder, white pepper and stir, if the sauce is too heavy, add a little water to your taste.
Let the sauce cook for a while and taste. Add salt if necessary. The sauce is ready!
