Every time I see African meatballs, I remember those days back home when I was going to high school. We used to have women who sold bread with sautéed meatballs. When I had the opportunity to buy something at school, I always chose to buy bread with meatballs.
Some people fry their meatballs. By cooking that way, there is an unnecessary fat intake that could have been avoided. Instead of frying the meatballs, it is preferable to roast them using a baking tray or cook them in a pot with a small amount of water. These meatballs can be used to cook tomato sauce or any other kind of sauce. They can also be sautéed with vegetables.
